Stamping – Forming Tools

 In Stamping and Forming Technology division we separate two types of die tools. The first is the piercing dies, and the second is the forming dies.
For manufacture the components of the piercing dies, we use high precision CNC wire cut machines, and that allows us to produce punches and die tools with the minimal tolerances. That fact allows us, to die – cut (shear) various materials, including stainless steel, with the minimum material thickness.
The forming dies are used for drawing a sheet metal. From simple shapes, and bendings, up to deep drawing dies, we have the experience for optimal solutions.
At HARCO DIE & MOLD MANUFACTURE, we have been manufacture cutting tools, punching tools, drawing tools, bending tools, trimming tools, and special cutting tools, for 35 years.
